Several customers have reported our reply emails have ended up
there. Along with a lot of other legitimate small businesses like us that only

We completed most of our goals of this year, except the replacement molds
As
a reminder we have more colored
leathers and some matching colored buckles.
We currently still have a limited number of
Pumpkin Orange, Turquoise, and Jade Green on the Spicerack version of our side as the site allows
for better inventory tracking.
We did make some more middle size Pumpkin
Orange balls this year.
The goals we did not accomplish is still to replace the liplocker and round hole ball molds and fill
in those colors (and a few more sizes), hoping by winter 2026 now.
NOTE: We
still have some in stock, in a couple colors, molds are expensive and they sell
slowly so no hurry for us.
The
replacement mold cavities will ALL be metric when replaced (not for any other
reason than to keep them different than the regular balls.
The round hole
ball mold had been ordered, but the company had an almost complete replacement
of employees, most importantly the person who knew everything retired, so the
order got lost during that process.
Since budget has been tight since Etsy
Aug 2024 purge and only now recovering business slowly with Spicerack, delayed
restarting the molds for a few more months.

We have been
posting our one of, "AS IS" event and model worn items (only on Spicerack)

And we also have an Etsy Shop only a few collars, padlocks,
straps, and buckles are not banned and still on there as of 31 Sep 2025.
We can ship to the EU
from this site, but there may be delays or other custom's hassles, although not
as often as it was looking like.
Except Spain or Greece, we can apparently no longer ship to
Spain via Etsy because of the changes and the cost of their packaging law.
Of note,
Germany we pay for the packaging registration, so we are good to there. Have
shipped items to Spain via Spicerack and this site, but custom's fees are very
high.
