Custom straps will usually have 3 to 5 holes. To measure, we recommend using a piece of thick string or yarn and measuring all the way around the head where the strap will go (including where the ball will be as the strap goes through the ball), with the mouth open and then laying the string down onto a ruler to determine the needed strap size. The length will be about 3" longer than the strap size. Measurements for balls for ball gags: (with the caveat this is only a recommendation): Ball diameter should not exceed open mouth Height measurement by more then 1/8th of an inch. Best is the diameter is at or below open mouth height. (measure bottom of top teeth to top of bottom teeth wide open) Reduce size if the gagee might have any jaw problems Note for very large balls we recommend rounding down the measurement for the very large balls  Available Buckles for the standard strap. TPP-SR-BG0001 Medical Grade Silicone BALL GAGS - Very Large Sizes This page is for the 2.625", 2.75", 2.875" and the Goddess/WTF size of 3.0" diameter ball gags. Please note they have a 1.0" strap width (instead of 3/4") Current colors in stock are red and black. We are unlikely to get other colors unless it is convienently timed and have several requests. These things are pricey to produce. Please NOTE: If you want more than one ball gag at a time or a custom color of leather strap, please email sales@pleasureparadox.com - The balls can be purchased separately (see TPP-SR-BG0011 ). They are softer then they look. Our customers have reported being able to keep them in the mouth for longer then many other balls used. I know the models I have worked with have surprised me how long they could keep the ball in their mouth - the sessions were usually over before they asked to have it come out. The Very Large balls are normally made with a little squishier material than the regular sizes to make it a touch easier to get in and out of the mouth for safety reasons, although we expect to have a small number of the very large red in the normal and an even harder material thanks to an oops by the production company (email us about those if interested) These ball gags use an FDA approved for human insertion medical grade silicone material for the balls and the standard Leather and PVC rubber straps can be removed, which makes cleaning them easier. The balls are purpose made for human use. SAFETY NOTE: Always use the ball with a strap through it to prevent it getting lodged in the throat and always make sure the person gagged is not left alone. The balls are available in a total of 13 different sizes and currently 7 routinely available colors; although the very small and very large are only available in Red and Black at this time. More colors will become available in the future when we make enough to put in another order. The default strap is a 1" wide black leather strap with a black locking buckle, ~24" in length that fits size 18" to 22". This default size for the 1" wide strap is based on the expectation folks ordering them will have larger heads (or not put the ball as far in their mouth), as always the customer can enter a specific strap size at no extra cost. - The straps can be made in almost any kind of leather we have available and we can use most tongued buckles. - Custom leather tapered straps that are smaller at the mouth and larger at the buckle can also be made for additional cost, We are limited to a maximum of 1.5" width for these ball sizes. We recommend that Gags should be one person items only and thus we sell them "AS IS". Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is for use as a ball with a buckled strap as a ball gag in the mouth between consenting adult humans for duration not to exceed 1 hour, with open nasal passages (no illness or other medical issues) in the presence of another attentive human and the ball purchased fits comfortably in the mouth with no jaw complaints. The leather (or other material) strap should be checked before each use to make sure it is free of tears and is cabable of pulling the ball from the mouth if needed. One of our customers who makes his own straps, but was generous enough to provide us with a picture we could use along with a release. As you can imagine finding models for these sizes can be tricky.
